Access Rights required for AX 2012 Lasernet Connector

This article provides information about folder rights and user rights (four Folders that are shared between AX & Lasernet Server)

Folders: AX and the Lasernet server

Below is an overview of the rights to the different folders that we use both from AX and the Lasernet server:

Folder	Who needs access
XML output location	Lasernet service account - Read, Write, Delete AOS service account - Read, Write, Delete
PDF preview folder	Lasernet service account - Read, Write AOS service account - Read, Write, Delete
XML preview	Lasernet service account - Read, Write AOS service account - Read, Write, Delete
PDF archive folder	Lasernet service account - no access is needed AOS service account - Read, Write, Delete

LAC user roles:

User role
Description
Lasernet administrator
This role provides full access to the Lasernet Connector including the option to configure reports for Lasernet and add additional data to the Lasernet reports.
It is possible to select standard and the Lasernet destinations within the printer dialog. The role also includes providing access to the Lasernet archive
Lasernet advanced user
This role allows the user to select Lasernet and standard destinations within the printer dialog but does not provide any further access to the Lasernet Connector.
The user will also have access to the Lasernet archive.
If the reports are not configured for Lasernet the user will only have access to the standard destinations (SSRS)
Lasernet user
This role only provides access to the Lasernet destinations within the printer dialog and the Lasernet archive, if the reports are configured for Lasernet
